2019 年 3 月 12 日或之后的 Microsoft Windows 累积和安全更新会阻止 Dell Encryption 本地管理控制台 UI 正确启动或显示有关设备加密状态的信息。由于这些 UI 问题，选择加入（延迟激活）和服务器加密不会提示激活数据。

出现此问题的设备在 Dell Encryption Local Management Console 的 About 菜单中显示 Encryption Client ID （以前称为 Shield ID）的“_UNMNGD_”和/或 计算机 ID “_UNINITIALIZED_”。

有关 Dell Encryption v10.2.1 之前版本的解决方法是从 2019 年 3 月 12 日或之后删除任何 Microsoft Windows 累积和安全更新。戴尔不建议删除修补程序，因为它可能会使计算机处于易受攻击的状态。

激活状态

要验证产品激活，请在 Windows 注册表中转至：

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\CMGShield

填充的 DCID 字段表示产品已激活。
