Intermittent No Video using Video Conferencing applications with the C2422HE, C2722DE, or C3422WE Dell Monitors

 

If you connect your computer (desktop or laptop) to the C2422HE, C2722DE, or C3422WE monitor using either:

  • A USB Type-C upstream cable.
  • A DP (DisplayPort) + USB Type-A to Type-B upstream cable.
  • A HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) + USB Type-A to Type-B upstream cable.


You have to Pop up the webcam module on the monitor to enable the monitors webcam. To launch a UC (Unified communications) application (such as Microsoft Teams, or Zoom) and make a video call using the monitors webcam.
