O login na interface do usuário da Web do NetWorker não foi concluído com "Failed to Authenticate User Administrator..."

O servidor NWUI é instalado em uma plataforma Linux.

Atualização do NetWorker Runtime Environment (NRE) e seguido por um nreconfig.sh script.

# rpm -Uvh /root/nre-linux-8.0.15.rpm
# /opt/nre/nreconfig.sh

O servidor foi reinicializado ou a NWUI foi reiniciada.

Quando o NWUI é iniciado, o log-in falha com:

O servidor NWUI depende do serviço de autenticação do NetWorker para autenticação de conta de usuário e do serviço de autenticação no JAVA (NRE). A atualização do NRE remove os arquivos de configuração de /opt/nre/ e os cria novamente com novas impressões digitais. As novas impressões digitais têm um impacto na configuração da NWUI, portanto, o script nwui_configure.sh deve ser executado novamente.

1. Interrompa a NWUI.

# systemctl stop nwui

2. Execute o script de reconfiguração da NWUI e mantenha o keystore e o banco de dados atuais.

# /opt/nwui/scripts/nwui_configure.sh

The NetWorker Web UI Server requires a keystore file to configure encryption and to provide SSL support.
EMC recommends that you specify a password that has a minimum of nine characters, with at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number and one special character.
Do you want to use the existing keystore /nsr/nwui/monitoring/app/conf/nwui.keystore [y]? y
Specify password for the existing keystore:
The install will use the existing certificate "emcnwuimonitoring" for nwui services.
A database already exists in /nsr/nwui/monitoring/nwuidb, do you want to retain this database [y]? y
The installation completed successfully.

3. Iniciar a NWUI

# systemctl start nwui

4. Faça log-in na NWUI novamente, ela deve funcionar conforme o esperado.
