L'accesso all'interfaccia utente web di NetWorker non è stato completato con il messaggio "Failed to Authenticate User Administrator..."

Il server NWUI è installato su una piattaforma Linux.

Aggiornamento di NetWorker Runtime Environment (NRE) e seguito con uno script nreconfig.sh.

# rpm -Uvh /root/nre-linux-8.0.15.rpm
# /opt/nre/nreconfig.sh

Il server è stato riavviato o NWUI è stato riavviato.

Quando si avvia NWUI, l'accesso ha esito negativo con:

Il server NWUI si basa sul servizio di autenticazione NetWorker per l'autenticazione dell'account utente e sul servizio di autenticazione su JAVA (NRE). L'aggiornamento di NRE rimuove i file di configurazione da /opt/nre/ e li ricrea con nuove impronte digitali. Le nuove impronte digitali hanno un impatto sulla configurazione NWUI, pertanto lo script nwui_configure.sh deve essere eseguito nuovamente.

1. Arrestare NWUI.

# systemctl stop nwui

2. Eseguire lo script di riconfigurare NWUI e mantenere l'archivio chiavi e il database correnti.

# /opt/nwui/scripts/nwui_configure.sh

The NetWorker Web UI Server requires a keystore file to configure encryption and to provide SSL support.
EMC recommends that you specify a password that has a minimum of nine characters, with at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number and one special character.
Do you want to use the existing keystore /nsr/nwui/monitoring/app/conf/nwui.keystore [y]? y
Specify password for the existing keystore:
The install will use the existing certificate "emcnwuimonitoring" for nwui services.
A database already exists in /nsr/nwui/monitoring/nwuidb, do you want to retain this database [y]? y
The installation completed successfully.

3. Avviare NWUI

# systemctl start nwui

4. Eseguire nuovamente l'accesso a NWUI ; dovrebbe funzionare come previsto.
