Symptoms

Server NWUI je nainstalován na platformě Linux.

Bylo aktualizováno prostředí NetWorker Runtime Environment (NRE) a následně skript nreconfig.sh. 
# rpm -Uvh /root/nre-linux-8.0.15.rpm
# /opt/nre/nreconfig.sh
Server byl restartován nebo se řadič NWUI restartoval.

Po spuštění nástroje NWUI se přihlášení nezdaří a zobrazí se:

Cause

Server NWUI využívá při ověřování uživatelských účtů službu NetWorker Authentication Service a službu ověřování v prostředí JAVA (NRE). Aktualizace NRE odebere konfigurační soubory z umístění /opt/nre/ a znovu je vytvoří pomocí nových otisků prstů. Nové otisky prstů mají vliv na konfiguraci NWUI, proto je nutné skript nwui_configure.sh znovu spustit.

Resolution

  1. Zastavte NWUI.
# systemctl stop nwui
  1. Spusťte znovu konfiguraci skriptu NWUI a uchovat aktuální úložiště klíčů a databázi.
# /opt/nwui/scripts/nwui_configure.sh
  
Specify the directory where the Java Standard Edition Runtime Environment (JRE) software is installed [/opt/nre/java/latest]:
Specify the host name of the NetWorker Authentication Service host [nw-server1.vlab.local]:
Specify the host name of the NetWorker Server to be Managed by NWUI [nw-server1.vlab.local]:
Specify the AUTHC port for Networker Server which is managed by NWUI [9090]:
The NetWorker Web UI Server requires a keystore file to configure encryption and to provide SSL support.
EMC recommends that you specify a password that has a minimum of nine characters, with at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number and one special character.
Do you want to use the existing keystore /nsr/nwui/monitoring/app/conf/nwui.keystore [y]? y
Specify password for the existing keystore:
The install will use the existing certificate "emcnwuimonitoring" for nwui services.
A database already exists in /nsr/nwui/monitoring/nwuidb, do you want to retain this database [y]? y
The installation completed successfully.
  1. Spuštění NWUI
# systemctl start nwui
  1. Znovu se přihlaste k rozhraní NWUI , mělo by fungovat podle očekávání.
