Dell Optimizer users may notice that Office 365 cloud applications no longer receive updated web content, or applications are stuck in loading mode (Figure 1).

These symptoms are intermittent and can take up to 3 hours from computer startup or reboot to manifest.
Preliminary root cause is a change in Office 365 cloud applications that interferes with the Simultaneous Data Transfer algorithm in Dell Optimizer Network Module.
Updating to Dell Optimizer version 4.0.308.0 or later on the computer resolves the issue. To download and install the application, reference How to Download and Install Dell Drivers.
