x17 R1, get x17 R2 330W SFF AC adapter (GAN charger)?

None of the x17 R2 330W AC power adapters are tested/validated on the x17 R1.

None of the x17 R1/R2 AC power adapters are available to sell as stand alone purchases.

the 240W adapter was made available to purchase after the x15/17 R was released last year. Any ETA on the 330W charger?

So there is no way to get a 2nd power adaptor for the x17 R2 right now? Is there some other solution? We will be working in two different locations, it would be a huge pain to be lugging the AC Adaptor back and forth.

I can confirm that the x17R2 AC adapter is backward compatible with the X17 R1, I asked a youtuber and he replied in the comments https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fTeGnK63PyQ

It is disappointing that Alienware X17 R2 Parts & Upgrades does not include the 330W slim ac adapter. Evidently, none of the x17 R1/R2 ac adapters are available to sell as stand alone Dell purchases.

Unfortunately it is sold out everywhere even ebay, I got my laptop after 6-7 month wait time received it in December of 2021, I have never seen in my life a charger bigger than the product it self it is ridiculous, my laptop fits in my small backpack but not the adapter, also i am leaving for a long leave so unfortunately the laptop goes in the backpack and the brick in the luggage, Dell FIX IT we should be able to buy the slim ac adapter as an accessory, i don’t  have to buy another x17 r2 only for the adapter!!!, this is my very fist alienware product i love the laptop but that psu is killing its portability BIG TIME.

The last one on eBay sold for like around $350+, it's crazy, but even at that price its not available anymore.

I've been using it for 2months now, works well and definitely beats the brick that came with the laptop.

Would you happen to know if those generic chargers and used alienware area51m r2 330w power supplies will worj with the AW x17 r2s?

my adaptor is 180w and 240w(there is correct or not enoph for my laptop)or I need for 330w adaptor?
