Affected Products:

  • Wyse Management Suite

Affected Versions:

  • v4.4.0.211 and later

Wyse Management Suite logs may be collected to troubleshoot:

  • Installations
  • Apache Tomcat
  • MongoDB

Logs may be available from multiple directories for different functions. A support representative may request these to troubleshoot failed installations and more.

  • WMS Install log:
    • C:\Program Files\DELL\WMS\Iog-DDMMYYYY-HHMMSS\WMSlnstall.log
Note:
  • DDMMYYYY = Day, month, and year of installation
  • HHMMSS = Hour, minute, and second of installation
  • WMS Portal and Web service log:
    • C:\Program Files\DELL\WMS\Tomcat-8\stratus.log
  • MongoDB log:
    • C:\Program Files\DELL\WMS\MongoDB\mongod.log
  • Apache Tomcat logs:
    • C:\Program Files\DELL\WMS\Tomcat-10\logs\*
Note:
  • The Apache Tomcat log directory contains multiple logs that are used in troubleshooting.
  • Log directories may vary if Wyse Management Suite (Private Cloud) is installed to a custom directory.
