XPS 13 (9315)

I am not sure what happened but literally the camera stopped functioning properly all of a sudden.  I can only see a blurred image.  Tried the "Check camera in BIOS" and re-installed the camera drivers.  Nothing worked.  This XPS 13 (9315) laptop is less than 2 years old - not in warranty.  Any guidance would be much appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
