Can't run spy-bot

I have downloaded Spy-Bot and it starts to open and then just goes away.  Also, the same thing happens when I try to open my regedit!!!  I have run Ad-Aware & CW Shredder and they are now coming up as clean.  I also ran CoolWWWSearch smartkiller to try to fix the problem, but it came back clean as well.

 

Any other thoughts?
