Dell OptiPlex 7050 Small Form Factor with Dell E207WFP monitor issue

I have a Dell OptiPlex 7050 Small Form Factor and I am using it with a Dell 20 monitor E207FWP. All of the sudden the positioning of the monitor screen is messed up and I cannot adjust it enough to the right to see my whole screen. I tried to find a driver for that monitor but it says that the driver is for windows XP. I have windows 10 pro. Any suggestions?? Why was it working with the current drivers but now has changed?
