Side audio port not recognized by drivers

After reinstalling Windows my side port for headphones was not recognized by Dell Audio. I reinstalled drivers from the official Dell website, but it`s not helping. In the Dell Audio section about ports written that I have 1 frontside port, but in this model front port doesn`t exist. Does anyone have any more ideas on how to fix it?
