i dont -- but if you go to http://support.dell.com and enter your model number that can tell you everything and more about your unit.

fine..mmh, but i am not sure CMOS because, the SD slot in my inspiron 9200 does not read MMC...only SD cards..

I tried to read some MM cards days ago and it did not work, just with SD works perfectly...

it is possible that the slot in the inspiron only read SD and not MMC??

Yes, all SD (secure digital) slots support MMC (multi-media cards). The only differece (or at least the main difference) is that the SD card has a little "secure" lock on the side of the card. The MMC does not. IT WILL WORK! I know this for sure. They are interchangable.

They are the same card!  If it does not work then dell is dumb and has disabled something. LOL
Look it up. Plus I know someone who works for Samsung (ONE of the org. makers of SD) and he says that all readers are the same and they all support MMC and SD.  I do not know maybe Dell is just dumb and has done something.  Why do they [DELL] not have a good support for issues like like this??? errrrrr.. . . . .:smileymad:
