2407 monitor can't change the sharpness setting

Hello all,

 

 

 

My 2407 monitor's menu screen will not allow me to change the sharpness setting.  Am I doing something wrong that will not allow me to configure the sharpness?

 

I need to change the sharpess so I can play my xbox 360 on my monitor.

 

I have an A02.
