How to make laptop F keys work in games.

Here's my problem, I am on a Dell Studio 1557 laptop, I use my F keys in games on my PC for certain things, heres an example, in WoW I use F1-F5 for targeting party members to heal them without having to use the mouse, now I use my laptop mainly and if I try to use the F keys it does their shortcut function like turn off wireless for example with f2, brightness f4 etc, how do i make the laptop use the F keys as a regular PC would, I do not use the keys as shortcuts for volume etc anyway, how do I deactivate this. (Please no trolls saying 'Change your game keybindings' 90% of my keyboard is already bound) :)
