Dell CinemaColor kan het volgende ervaren:

  • Geen reactie bij het wisselen van modus in de hoofdgebruikersinterface van Dell CinemaColor
  • Verzadigingsbalk ontbreekt in het instellingenmenu.

Resolution

Om op te lossen:

  1. Controleer de systeemvereisten voor Dell CinemaColor.
  2. Ga naar Dell Support
  3. Voer uw Servicetag in en druk op Zoeken.
  4. Klik op Drivers en downloads.
  5. Klik op Handmatig een specifieke driver zoeken.
  6. Download een van de volgende drivers:
    • Grafische driver voor Intel UHD
    • Driver voor Intel UHS/Iris Xe grafische kaart
    • Driver voor Intel HD Graphics
Opmerking: Uw Inspiron of Vostro model heeft slechts één van de vermelde drivers.
  1. Installeer de driver.
  2. Start de computer opnieuw op.
