Symptoms
NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 数据库备份失败，并显示以下错误：
74920:save: Step (4 of 6) for PID-10128: Contacting the NetWorker server through the nsrd process to obtain a handle to the target media device through the nsrmmd process for the save set 'C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management\nmcdb_stage\pgdata'.
174908:save: Saving the backup data in the pool 'backup_pool'.
175297:save: Unable to set up the direct save with server 'networker_server': no matching devices for save of client `nmc_server'; check storage nodes, devices or pools.Cause

Resolution

- 如果池不正确，您可以将字段留空，以便使用在工作流中配置的池或选择正确的池。要与其他工作流匹配一致性，建议使用工作流池设置，方法是将客户端属性“池”字段留空。
