Symptoms
配置有后部 4x2.5" 硬盘背板的 Dell PowerEdge R750 和 R7525 服务器配备三个额外的后部系统风扇（7、8、9）。在正常的系统操作下，这些风扇可能会反复报告它们被卸下并重新插入服务器。这些错误事件记录在系统事件日志 (SEL) 和 iDRAC9 生命周期日志中。
现场终端用户可以通过检查服务器背面左上三分之一处的 2.5" 驱动器插槽来直观地确定后部 4x2.5" 硬盘背板是否存在。查看下图以确定 4x2.5" 背板固定框架。
远程终端用户可以通过 iDRAC9 Web 用户界面确定后部 4x2.5" 硬盘背板是否存在。转至 Storage > Overview > Enclosures。展开可用的机柜详细信息，检查是否存在 Enclosure Location = Rear。

Cause
iDRAC9 每五秒查询一次系统风扇的 RPM 读数。当这些事件循环快速连续发生时，iDRAC 会将某些返回的数据字节误解为错误，从而导致虚假的“removed”（已卸下）错误消息。在以下出自 iDRAC 的查询中，风扇和 iDRAC 正确同步，导致日志中出现“inserted”（已插入）消息。
Resolution
Dell iDRAC9 固件版本 5.10.10.52（2022 年 4 月）解决了对这些返回的 RPM 响应的错误处理。升级到此版本应该会解决问题。
