vSAN health alarm 'vSAN Build Recommendation Engine Health' configuration issues
Hi,
After upgrading to VxRail 4.5.150 in the vSAN Health & Performance monitor we see the following warning:
Warning: VxRail: vSAN health alarm 'vSAN Build Recommendation Engine Health' configuration issues
This is a known issue. See also Dell EMC Article 000516875 and https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2151102.
Is this issue already fixed in version 4.5.150 or 4.5.152. Can't find any about it in the latest VxRail release notes from April 2018 (rev8)

You mean the issue reported in VMware Knowledge Base
As mentioned this KB, this issue was fixed by ESXi650-201712001.
4.5.150 uses this patch.
4.5.152 uses newer.
