1.  WWAN slot is optional.

2.  Backlit keyboard is optional.

3.  All were shipped with barrel charger.

Only seller can tell you if the laptop being sold came with optional features you want.

The motherboard part number usually being imprinted on the board itself.  But, let all information be requested from seller.  That will give you reason to return if you don't receive item as described.

To look up info yourself, here is Dell Support US site, just enter service tag into the box to search support.  When the system is identified, select system configurations on the right of the screen.  Expand the list and look for the components that was built for original owner.  https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us

@Chino de Oro

1.only way to find out is removing back cover?

2.F5 key doesn't have backlit sign mean no backlit keyboard?

3.That is good sign. it frees USB-C port.

1.  You can also use motherboard part number to look up (prior to purchase).  For example, this seller has several different motherboards (with different part numbers),  You can review each board and right below the M.2 slot for wireless card, you will be able to see if it is with or without mounting place for WWAN.  https://www.parts-people.com/index.php?action=category&id=140&subid=1302&refine=motherboard

2.  Seller should list backlit keyboard on description of the unit they are selling.  You can also request the service tag and check it yourself (but it won't be accurate if they replaced original keyboard with non-backlit)

3.  https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/en-us/latitude-15-5500-laptop/latitude_5500_setupspecs/power-adapter?guid=guid-d387d744-6c20-4723-b905-4ce93ed18bfe&lang=en-us

@Chino de Oro

motherboard part number

how to access to this number? is it in back side of the laptop? or have to remove back cover ,somewhere else ?

service tag

where to put this code to find out if it has backlit key. or not?

having barrel connector is reliable and durable than USB-C.

and only usb-c port it has can use to connect another device.it's good.

Don't know if this could be helpful, if you are going to use the laptop for video editing, select the system that has discrete graphics AMD Radeon 540X.

If it helps, review this information for Latitude 5590.  Check additional information for teardown guide and user manual  https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000125274/latitude-5590-visual-guide-to-your-computer
