Dell Support stinks

Hello I just made this acc to tell you all , i have a latitude E5440 4th gen 4210u i5 , i play some games

before format the thermal adjustments were really good it used to go to full power when needed, but for some reasons i had to format it and then the thermal adjustments would never cooperate, so i sent it for a repair

they told me for a driver Intel Dynamic platform and thermal framework , chat gpt told my laptop is fully compatible with it , but there is no option to download it , i cant find it anywhere , i typed on google and got many links of the Dell official , it always says unsupported with the minimum system requirments , any one please help me

What operating system are you running?  This is a system ten years old and does not support Windows 11 -- if you have Windows 10, see here:

@ejn63​ i have windows 10 latest and i tried every link possible but it didnt worked , i tried the link you gave me it said the same, can you like give me a link or something  , i m ready to go third party too but i just need it really badly
