Virtual SAN disk balance warning (monthly), how to stop?

Our VxRail Manager health status just turning to "Warning" almost monthly due to the Virtual SAN disk balance alarms are logged.   Is it safe to ignore them?   How to permanently stop?

do you want us to tell you how to rebalance it? or just suppressing that alarm?

Hi,

I have acknowledged the alarms and "set green" until they are really cleared.

My questions:

1. Do I have to run balancing every time when received this alerts?

2. Can I stop or hide these alarms from popping up monthly?

Thanks,

John

By default, vSAN runs a rebalance automatically when any device hits 80% utilization (this is configurable, but not normally recommended to change). If you are familiar with the RVC interface, you can silence an alarm (see attached KB), but understand once you do, it will no longer run or trigger unless you turn it back on.
