Support Assist - Problem or Feedback

I have used Support Assist for many years on multiple Dell products. I just installed the latest version (3.13.2) and unlike all previous versions, Hardware Scan did not scan attached external drives (hard drives not SSD). I have 2 always attached, and in the past the scan checked sectors, etc. for read-write issues. Was this change on purpose or did something get missed with this update?

I had noticed the same thing on the 3.13.2 version that came out in December, I have 2 externals that are always connected in addition to the SSD and HDD that are in the pc. Hard drives were not scanned on hardware scan.
