Although not supported by Dell, I would like to install Windows 11, while TPM 2.0 is a must. In my R7 bios I see TPM is disabled and greyed out. I searched in the community and found some suggestion to turn off PTT and turn on TPM since there's a conflict. But there's no PTT at all. How to fix it?

Microsoft PC Health Check says my Optiplex 7020 is not compatible with Windows 11 because it does not use secure boot. Switching on secure boot requires changing the boot from Legacy to UEFI. If I try to do this, I get a message "No boot devices found". Is there a solution to this?
