Inspiron 7706 2-in-1, upgrade to Windows 11?

Hi,

I was wanting to ask a question. You see I have a laptop from Dell. This laptop has 8.00 GB on the C: drive. With the SSD have 250GB on it. I have Windows 10 Home on my laptop currently right now. I was wanting to now if I can upgrade to Windows 11 Home and have it running on my new laptop which is only a couple months old. When Microsoft had their app called pc checkup it said that my laptop did meet the minimum system requirements on the app from Microsoft. The app is pc health checkup. This app has been taken off the website right now.
