U2719DC, shows huge discoloration in the middle

Whats going on? Can I fix it? Made in Feb 2019. Started doing this About 3 days ago. When I disconnect the power and let it rest for a day it will return back to normal, but after being on for 2 hours the center part starts discoloration again.
