Microphone mute key does not mute my microphone or unmute it

Hi, i have an Alienware M15 R7 and when I press the microphone mute key, it doesn't glow white, neither does it mute my microphone or unmute it also my sound mute key is working but does not glow white

(i have m15 R7/m17 R5 Per key keyboard firmware update V14 released on May 14, 2024).
