P2715Q, inverted picture on picture image?

Current setup is a Dell Latitude 5590 laptop (Windows 10) using a Dell D6000 Display link with (2) Dell 2715Q screens connected to it. Both screens have been working for approx. 4 + years with no issues. Display resolution: 1920 X 1080

(1) of these 2715Q monitors started to display what looks like a scrolling inverted image of the desktop view overlapping the current desktop image in the lower bottom right half of the same monitor. Sorta like a PICTURE on PICTURE concept what looks like a different scan rate but the image is scrolling upside down and backwards.

- Tried resetting, powering down and unplugging the D6000 & laptop - no change. 

- Tried moving connections around on the D6000 ports - no change.

- Tried connecting the monitor in question to another Dell laptop (Windows 11) just by itself - issue followed - no change.

- Tried changing scan rates on both original & new laptop - no change

- Tried various monitor menu settings and different monitor ports - no change

- Tried different HDMI cables - no change

Tried to do a Factory reset but was not able to find one online or in Dell docs to see if that would work. 

Need help with this issue if anyone has any ideas or have seen something like this before and was able to fix this problem would be really grateful. I have (4) of these monitors and if it happens again that I will be able to fix it quicker.
