Mouse Warranty and Replacement-reg

Respected Sir/Madam,

The following details are mouse serial number found in backside of the Mouse now its not working, kindly check the serial number and replace the mouse as early as possible.

While you are awaiting for assistance from Dell Cares agents, review this warranty claim information for a proper claim submission process.  You also may need to edit your post to remove private information per forum term of services.

How to get support for your Dell Keyboard and Mouse that is still under  the 1 year warranty

For Mouse/Keyboard bought with a Dell computer:

- Click Get Help Now on the bottom right corner of this page.

- Briefly explain the issue with your mouse or keyboard.

Provide your email when requested.

- Next provide the Service Tag of the computer with which you bought the keyboard and/or mouse.

 

For Mouse/Keyboard bought separately:

- Click Get Help Now on the bottom right corner of this page.

Enter your email when requested.

- Next provide the Order Number (found on the invoice for keyboard or mouse).

Attach a copy of the invoice (image or PDF) in order to validate the purchase information.

- Briefly explain the issue with your mouse or keyboard, you should get an agent assigned to assist you.
