Forgot Password - Cannot logon to my Dell Laptop
Hi,
I am unable to sign on to my Dell Laptop because I do not remember my password. The Laptop prompt me to put in a removable flashdrive so I can retrieve my laptop. When I do that the Laptop does not allow me to retrieve my password. Please HELP!!!

Welcome to the Community.
Is this BIOS/SYSTEM Password or Windows login Password? Feel free to add me as a friend and send me the service tag of the computer for me to further help you.
Most of the time, of you forgot your windows password you might end up reinstalling OS.
