Dell Inspiron 15 5555 fall creators update issue

hi I have a inspiron 15 5555 and I'm having issues with the fall creators update with the amd a10-8700p video drivers the only driver that is working for me is 15.200.1060.0 which is from 7/15/2015. The latest ones from windows update, amd site, and dell drivers page wont work the laptop shuts off during install and reboots to no amd driver and uses windows default video driver. I have the latest bios

I noticed this issue when I was on the creators update and tried to update to the fall creators update and the update would fail. so then I used the default factory image and was able to update from that to the fall creators update with no problem but I'm only able to use the old video driver

has anyone else had this problem dell does list this laptop as tested with the fall creators update
