Basic iDrac License Lost

I performed a hard reset on an iDrac and now the basic iDrac license is gone.  I've gone to my digital locker but there is not a license listed for it.  Anyone know how to get a license for it?

Hello,

 

Looks like it has the Basic Management Check marked with green check.

 

Virtual Console is not available with Basic license, only the Enterprise license.

 

A Trial license expires in 30 days of installation and cannot be applied again.

 

Check the iDRAC System Event log (SEL) and the LifeCycle controller log to find entries of the trial license expiring.

Hi,

 

Usually iDRAC basic license is by default installed in iDRAC which doesn't need a separate license, you can refer to the 3rd table in https://dell.to/3YSSDzJ

 

To be sure, can you provide a screenshot of the issue shown? How did you do the iDRAC reset? 

 

I will need the server service tag to check the server's order. I'll PM you if you would want a check on the service tag for iDRAC license order.

I performed the reset by using the iDrac Hard Reset utility on the Host machine.  Afterward is when the license was lost.  My service tag is <private information removed by Mod>
