Product not registered
Dear sir or madame,
2 month ago, I have ordered a KB700 wireless keyboard that has been delivered in time.
Since then, the delivery has still not been registered in my DELL account dashboard.
Same for the keyboard itself, that does not appear in my registered products.
The product is faulty, their is no Service Tag attached to it, and it looks like I have no way to contact the support.
Please help !

Peripherals do not have service tags and won't appear as "registered". See here
