Dell Financial Services - Bought a computer, but cannot log in?

I'm not exactly new to the Dell experience, I bought an Alienware M11x around the end of 2009, loved everything about it.  I messed up in reading the details and found out after I received it that there was no CD drive.  One call and ten minutes later, I had an external CD drive heading my way at no charge.  This has nothing to do with my current problem, but just to give kudos to Dell and its employees.

Anyway, my (minor) issue.  Over the weekend, I signed up for Dell Financial Services, and was approved.  I put my credit line on my Dell account and, yesterday, I ordered an Alienware 51 R2.  Everything is going fine with the order, pre-production, but I have a concern about my account. I was able to use the DFS credit line to spend roughly $922 on a brand new Alienware desktop (super excited, by the way!).  However, when I tried to log in to the Dell Financial Services page, my email and password did not work.  "No problem," I thought, "I'll just reset the password."  I click on forgotten password, type in my email address, and the site can't find my email.  Strange. So I clicked on the forgotten link again and found my confirmation email on my order.  I typed my customer number in the provided box, and that didn't work either. I guess what I'm trying to find out is how am I able to spend 3/4 of my credit line on a single purchase, but I cannot log in to the account to actually look at it.  Am I supposed to wait for the welcome packet in the mail?  If so, I would think the account would not work until that packet showed up and was activated somehow.  I would just like to be able to access the account so I can make payments to it, and I'm a little concerned with having a computer being built with no sure way of being able to put money towards it. Any help or advice that can be given will be much appreciated!
