Case raised in July, still open

Hi 

I have raised a case in the month of July and still the issue is not resolved. I do not see any reply from Tech Support from last 13 days. This is really frustrating experience with Tech Support who does not even the resolve the issue. Then what is the purpose of buying the extended warranty if you are unable to fix the issues?

Update = A WUR (whole unit replacement) was approved after the investigation was concluded.
