Inpiron N5030 - need tips or documentation for CPU upgrade
I'd like to upgrade CPU to some kind of Core2Duo Penryn , but I'm not sure if it's supported under latest BIOS (A02). There are some reports of success around here, at dell com. It would be great to get a document (like a release notes with detailed 'supported CPUs list') or a testimony of a similar case. Thanks.

While I don't have any note with detailed list of supported CPU, I can pointed you to posted systems online with Core2 Duo processors being supported in the Inspiron N3050.
Here are some of Inspiron N5030 systems on benchmark site, which shows several Core2 Duo as supported processors https://www.userbenchmark.com/System/Dell-Inspiron-N5030/4331. Select each interested system to see the detailed configurations of components.
