ServiceShellScript result not OK !?
Hi
I am getting this error message when trying to run scripts from the Centera Viewer.
like showing/adjusting the cluster Time
am sure it is Java file issue,
it is similar to this post as well :

please advise on how to solve it ??

Hi Mohammed,
you need to use the latest serviceext.jar, you can ask Centera support to give that to you.

Hi Mohammed
It looks like you are trying to run that script as admin. You'll need to install the latest procedure generator, copy the serviceext.jar. Then connect as emcservice, not as admin.
This should get you where you need to be.
