PEA Files do not authenticate using JCenteraVerify

I have a Centera Gen4LP clusters which has multiple virtual pools.

The applications that are using the Centera use PEA files and access works fine from the applications.

However, when testing a new pool and PEA file for a new profile for the new pool, authentication fails through JCenteraVerify.

I not only tested this along with the merged PEA file (which I know works in the application, but also tested a PEA file from an existing application that has been working for a while and that still fails.

Why is it that the PEA file works when being used by the application but does not work when being used by JCenteraVerify?

The error received is fp_authorisation failure

Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated.
