Ansible: how we support it?
IHAC which ask me:
• Will we be able to open incidents with Dell if an Ansible playbook malfunctions?
• What response/response time would apply to these incidents?
• Will we be able to issue requests for the evolution of an Ansible playbook?
Any help in replying will be much appreciated.

1) yes, they are fully supported. They can also use this forum and the github page
2) no different than any other solution
3) yes, through the account team like any other product or through these forums
