m17 R4, replacement cable, refresh rate

Alienware m17 R4

Alienware m17 R4

Hello there, I have an Alienware m17 R4 which features a 360Hz display. I recently got it repasted, but in the process, I messed up the display cable, which connects the motherboard to the display, and it's now doing the 123 beeping and 2 red, 7 blue error codes. After a lot of troubleshooting, I concluded that the display cable got broken in the process, and I will be in the process of replacing It. My question comes after I found a posible replacement, but it's sold as "for the 144hz display", which my laptop does not have. So, I'm asking if it's possible to use that cable, in my Alienware, thanks!

No. The 144Hz LCD panels have a dedicated cable so would not work on 360Hz LCD. Dell does not provide the 360Hz LCD panel 2C1T7 cable for sale. It is only included in the complete 360Hz LCD panel kits DD4YY and D0JVT.
