Try the latest Nvidia drivers from their web site and see if that takes care of the problem. If it doesn't then I suspect you in need of a new graphics card. I ran into a similar problem earlier this year when trying to play Call of Duty and Halo. I found that my Diamond Viper 770D Ultra card did not support some of the new features found in the 3D acceleration of the newer games. I finally went out and brought a new graphics card and that took care of the problem.

This is the error message I get:
Hardware Acceleration cannot be enabled on this computer. Your video card does not meet the minimum requirements for this game.
