Intel 13th gen processor not supported. System will auto-shutdown in 30 seconds

Has anyone run in to this error before? This workstation is stock from Dell and just suddenly started giving this error over the weekend. I've tried contacting Dell support, but I keep getting passed on to someone else or hung up on.

Model: Precision 3260

If the recent Windows updates was included BIOS firmware update, that could be the cause.  Remove power from the system, press and hold power button for 30 seconds to reset hardware.  Test boot again.

If the issue is persisted, consider to perform BIOS recovery to an older firmware version  https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000132453/how-to-recover-the-bios-on-a-dell-computer-or-tablet

The error usually happened after users change processors.  Any event leading to the issue?

@Chino de Oro It has the original processor from Dell. We added RAM several months ago, but haven't done anything to the workstation since then except for install Windows Updates.
