- Sikkerhedskopieringsoplysninger vises ikke i NetWorker Web User Interface (NWUI) i dashboardet og overvågning. De vises som 0 og uden information.

解決方法
Deaktiver antivirusprogrammet midlertidigt. Hvis deaktivering af antivirus fungerer, skal du anmode sikkerhedsteamet eller administratoren om at oprette udelukkelser for NWUI- og NetWorker-porte og -processer på NWUI-serveren.
