Symptoms

Dell Peripheral Manager (DPeM) может не обнаружить беспроводную гарнитуру Dell при подключении к компьютеру с помощью Bluetooth-соединения.

Затронутые гарнитуры:

  • Беспроводная гарнитура Dell — WL3024
  • Беспроводная гарнитура Dell Premier ANC — WL7024

Cause

DPeM версии 1.7.0 и ниже не поддерживает Bluetooth для WL3024 и WL7024.

Resolution
