Solution A Data Collect should be taken from the system to assist in the resolution of this issue. To perform data collection using "PowerStore Manager go to Settings -> Support: Support Materials -> Start Collection." After the data collection completes, contact Technical Support so they can review the underlying cause of the error to determine the best course of action. |

| Resolution | Cause Each Drive has a Link per Node/LCC. This event signifies that one of the Links is down. Solution Cluster performance may be degraded. This problem could be caused by the Drive or one of the Nodes/LCC's. The recommendation is to replace the Drive to see if that resolves the issue. It is recommended to contact Technical Support so they can review the underlying cause of the error to determine the best course of action. |
