XPS14 Slow Charging Issue latest Bios

Hi,

I have a challenge with my Dell XPS14 9440 (Bios1.41) in combination with a Dell U4025QW or a Ugreen Nexode Pro 100W Charger.

The Monitor should have a 140 W Charger but when I connect it it complains a slow charging device is connected please use the original device.

The same issue on the ugreen Charger. 

The Original Charger is 100W 5A/20V so exactly the same as the ugreen. The monitor even should have a 140 W Charger. 

Anyone seen this issue too?

Btw. the message disappears with the original Charger. The System is fully equiped with RTX4050 and maximum memory Config.
