We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

First you push bugged updates and then you need warranty information to fix the bugs you created? You are lucky I am not a lawyer.

Hello

I am having the same issue.  Touchscreen was working fine until the firmware update.

Now I am not able to find the display toggle in Device Manager and do not see the touchscreen anywhere.

Thank you

Hi, all the solutions to this problem say to right click on "HID-compliant touch screen" in Device Manager.
The problem is, "HID-compliant touch screen" doesn't appear in Device Manager, making it impossible to right click on it.
If it was there, there wouldn't be a problem.
It seems amazing that so many people's Dell touchscreens have stopped working after upgrading to Windows 11, and there still isn't any kind of fix from Dell.
Please help.
Thanks you.

the I2C HID Device Driver has a bug which appears to be unresolved by Dell.

When the XPS13 9310 goes to sleep, the touch screen stops working.

Temporary fix: Going into Device Manager and disabling and enabling the above driver - fixes the touch screen until the laptop sleeps again.

The driver error appears to have occurred around Early 2023 and may also be related to the Windows 11 upgrade.

The problem has now been isolated to this driver and can be repeated.
