Missing Network Adapters

Hi,

I've just been on customer service for an hour and they couldn't help, my dell XPS 13 9350 hasn't got network adapter drivers and cannot connect to the network. It also doesn't have an Ethernet port so wouldn't be able to resolve that way. I tried installing a driver separately but the install was 'blocked' saying it was unsupported. Please help.

thanks,

Lara

I don't know computer tech language, it just says "install a driver for your network adapter" I don't know what that means, so if i could get help that would be great

In general , on many different laptop makes and models ...

That is why I was sad to see the wired-ethernet port disappear completely from new laptop models. The on-board NICs are connected simply and usually "just work" .

That model has all the necessary network adapters-- listed under communications in the manual

• Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n
• Wi-Fi 802.11ac
• Intel WiDi (optional)
• Bluetooth 4.1
• Miracast

Download the drivers from Dell Downloads--

I suppose I can understand if you can't follow @Mary G  simple directions, but how can it be that Dell Technical Support could not help you do that ?
