Dell XPS 8930 - Intel(R) Gigabit CT Desktop Adapter - Wake on PCIe device

I am trying to start my Dell XPS 8930 computer with Windows 10 and an Intel(R) Gigabit CT Desktop Adapter remotely using the Wake on PCIe device (Wake on LAN) .

Intel(R) Gigabit CT Desktop Adapter driver:
Vendor: Microsoft / Date: 06/12/2018 / Version: 12.17.10.8

BIOS Version:
1.1.23 / 21.03.2022

Unfortunately that doesn't work and I can't find any setting in the BIOS that I could turn on.

Maybe someone has an idea how I could solve the problem?
