XPS 8930, enabling firmware TPM?

I am looking to upgrade from Windows 10 to 11 but need to enable TPM. I go into the BIOS > Security and see the Firmware TPM option (set to disabled). However, I cannot select it. Using the keys, I can highlight the option above it (Computrace) and the option below it (UEFI Firmware Capsules Updates), but cannot select the option in-between (Firmware TPM).

I purchased this desktop in 2021 and from reading various articles, I thought the TPM was available on Dell PCs sold in this year?
